We take pride in the premium quality of our display cases, and to back it up, we offer a 1-year warranty on all SPLACE display cases.
In the unlikely event that you encounter any defects or issues with your display case, you have the option to exchange it for a new one within the warranty period.
Please contact our customer service team with your order details and the issue you're facing, and we'll be more than happy to assist you with the exchange process. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for display cases.
