SPLACE Display Case

We take pride in the premium quality of our display cases, and to back it up, we offer a 1-year warranty on all SPLACE display cases. In the unlikely event that you encounter any defects or issues with your display case, you have the option to exchange it for a new one within the warranty period. Please contact our customer service team with your order details and the issue you're facing, and we'll be more than happy to assist you with the exchange process. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for display cases.

Sneakers & Apparels

We want you to love your purchase, but please note that all sneaker purchases at SPLACE are final. We understand the importance of authenticity and quality, and we ensure that all our sneakers are 100% authentic and in top-notch condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for sneakers.

However, should you encounter a defective product and wish to exchange it, we're here to help on a case-by-case basis. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with our friendly customer service at support@splace.storeĀ to request forĀ the exchange.

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item remains in its original condition with the SPLACE tags still attached.
